VP, Enterprise Systems

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic vision and operational excellence of the enterprise application landscape, including Oracle, Salesforce, UKG, and Boomi.
• Act as a senior technology partner to the CIO, translating business strategy into a technical roadmap.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of managers and individual contributors across enterprise apps and integrations.
• Drive platform standardization, workflow automation, and data transparency across a complex, multi-entity environment.
• Lead the adoption of AI capabilities and LLM-enabled features within enterprise workflows to improve operational impact.
• Manage SOX-adjacent controls and partner with risk and compliance to maintain strong governance and documentation.
• Oversee integration strategy and execution to ensure reliable data movement and scalable connectivity.
• Manage vendor accountability, ensuring performance, delivery quality, and cost discipline.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of enterprise systems leadership, including Director or VP-level experience.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI adoption, including LLMs, automation, and AI APIs within enterprise systems.
• Strong background in SOX, IT controls, and enterprise governance.
• Broad technical proficiency across ERP, CRM, HCM, integrations, BI, and cloud platforms.
• Proven track record of delivering large, multi-platform programs with executive accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience governing AI within a regulated environment.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud, Salesforce, UKG, and Boomi.
