Responsibilities
- Manage a named-account territory and run the full sales cycle to closure
- Drive C-suite engagement with CEOs, COOs, CMOs, CIOs, CDOs, and CFOs
- Architect deals end-to-end, including discovery, vision pitching, ROI modeling, governance, security, and procurement
- Multi-thread with executive champions to accelerate deal velocity
- Partner with clinical, product, and customer success teams to align strategies
- Serve as a trusted advisor by staying informed on industry trends and competitive offerings
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience selling enterprise software, services, or transformation engagements to health systems
- Experience in at least one role at a sub-500-person company
- Proven track record of personally closing $1M+ enterprise deals at health systems
- Ability to build ROI models for CFOs and clinical narratives for CMOs
- Deep healthcare fluency regarding margin pressure, clinical workflows, and integration risk
- Experience selling into novel categories (category creation)
- Established relationships with health system CIOs, CMOs, COOs, and CDOs
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
- Experience selling AI-powered solutions or cutting-edge healthcare technology
