About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and lead enterprise demand generation strategy across paid, content, SEO, GEO, lifecycle, and events
- Drive measurable quarter-over-quarter growth in SQLs and qualified pipeline
- Define ICP strategy, account segmentation, and audience targeting in partnership with sales and RevOps
- Design AI-enabled marketing workflows to improve throughput and personalization
- Lead and develop the enterprise demand generation team
- Partner with leadership on positioning, category narrative, and messaging
Requirements
- Proven experience leading enterprise demand generation or revenue marketing
- Track record of driving demand growth in complex B2B environments
- Deep experience marketing to enterprise buyers and CMO offices
- Advanced fluency in paid search, paid social, SEO, GEO, and lifecycle marketing
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI to campaign development and optimization
- Strong analytical rigor and commercial judgment
- Experience building or reshaping an enterprise demand engine
