VP Data

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Data organization across platform, analytics, and AI foundations
• Define and execute the Data, AI, and Agentic Foundations strategy
• Deliver a scalable, secure, and governed data platform managing hundreds of TBs
• Build a best-in-class AI development platform for model development, testing, and deployment
• Operate robust model serving and inference at scale
• Enable teams to develop, run, and evaluate agents through standardized tooling and orchestration
• Build data, semantic, and context layers that are consistent and agent-ready
• Manage budget for infrastructure, tooling, and scaling

Requirements

• 10–15 years in data, AI, or platform organizations
• Proven track record leading high-performing cross-functional teams
• Experience building data platforms and analytics systems that drive business decisions
• Experience delivering data and analytics products such as semantic layers and metrics
• Strong understanding of data and AI ecosystems including LLMs and agents
• Experience operating production systems in cloud environments
• Ability to collaborate closely with MLOps and AI/agent teams
