VP - Cybersecurity

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the Cybersecurity Practice strategy, growth, and profitability across the MENA region
• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for advisory, professional, and managed security services
• Take full P&L ownership, meeting and exceeding revenue targets for the practice
• Build and nurture C-level relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and risk leaders in enterprise and government sectors
• Manage strategic partnerships with leading cybersecurity vendors and hyperscalers
• Provide executive oversight for the delivery of large-scale, turnkey cybersecurity programs and SOC operations
• Lead high-performing teams of security architects, engineers, and consultants
• Drive thought leadership through industry events and engagement with regional regulators

Requirements

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience within cybersecurity services, consulting, or a CISO function
• Proven track record of managing P&L and scaling a successful cybersecurity practice
• Deep domain expertise in SOC, Zero Trust, IAM, Cloud Security, and GRC
• Extensive experience in the MENA region with a strong network of regional cybersecurity buyers
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute GTM strategies for complex security service portfolios
• Strong business development acumen with experience winning large-scale, complex deals
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience mentoring multi-disciplinary technical teams
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Business, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science
• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or SANS GIAC
• Expertise in AI-enabled cybersecurity transformation and GenAI security applications
