VP, Cybersecurity

Responsibilities

• Lead and mature the enterprise Security Operations Center (SOC), including 24/7 threat monitoring, detection, and response.
• Own the enterprise cyber incident response program, strategy, and crisis leadership across IT, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
• Direct the enterprise Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) functions to ensure operational resilience.
• Oversee application security practices, driving DevSecOps alignment and secure delivery in partnership with engineering teams.
• Manage the enterprise backup and cyber recovery strategy to ensure ransomware resilience and data restoration capabilities.
• Serve as the primary cyber operations contact for audits, regulatory exams, and risk management activities.
• Participate in the Architectural Review Board to embed security and recovery considerations into enterprise technology decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cyber operations, technology risk, or operational resilience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience across functions such as SOC, incident response, or disaster recovery.
• CISSP certification.
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading business continuity or cyber recovery programs in complex, large-scale environments.
• Background supporting audit and regulatory exam activities within a financial institution or highly regulated industry.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and cross-functional enterprise security programs.
