Hippocratic AI is the leading generative AI company in healthcare. We have the only system that can have safe, autonomous, clinical conversations with patients. We have trained our own LLMs as part of our Polaris constellation, resulting in a system with over 99.9% accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Own a regional portfolio and lead, coach, and develop a team of Directors and senior Customer Success Executives
  • Serve as the executive point of contact for major health system clients, building relationships with C-suite stakeholders
  • Lead enterprise implementations of Hippocratic AI solutions aligned with clinical workflows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to incorporate customer feedback
  • Define and track client success metrics, including net revenue retention (NRR)
  • Build and codify best practices for onboarding, training, and workflow integration
  • Drive expansion sales through identification of upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and forums

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • 10–15 years of experience in healthcare
  • 7+ years in customer-facing leadership roles working with health systems
  • Proven experience managing Directors and senior CS team members (manager of managers)
  • Deep knowledge of clinical workflows and care delivery models
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth technology environment
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage C-suite executives
  • Track record of hitting delivery and revenue goals in a CS organization
  • Ability to satisfy client-specific credentialing requirements, including drug screening and vaccinations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI, digital health, or clinical decision support tools
  • Background in consulting, health tech, or clinical operations transformation
  • Exposure to regulatory, compliance, or data governance in healthcare
  • Experience with pricing, packaging, or go-to-market strategy in healthcare SaaS
