About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the analytics agenda for the client relationship and align work to business priorities
  • Advise senior stakeholders using data-driven insights across BI, data science, and CRM
  • Shape strategic roadmaps for CRM analytics, first-party data, and customer intelligence
  • Lead across matrixed global teams and agency partners through influence
  • Design comprehensive measurement frameworks and learning agendas across digital channels
  • Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing global analytics team

Requirements

  • 15+ years in analytics with significant leadership and consultative experience
  • Deep expertise in CRM, first-party data, customer analytics, and marketing measurement
  • Proficiency with tools such as SQL, Python, R, BigQuery, Google Analytics, Salesforce, or Adobe
  • Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization
  • Ability to be onsite and/or travel 50%+ of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive or other data-rich consumer categories
  • Understanding of automotive customer journeys and dealership networks
  • Local to the Detroit metro area or within a 2-hour flight
