VP-Credit Strategy & Standards

Responsibilities

• Lead methodology development projects using Agile principles to create sector and cross-sector assessment frameworks
• Collaborate with Methodology Development Group, Credit Standards, and rating teams to ensure analytical robustness and transparency
• Author formal methodology documents that adhere to internal standards and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and manage submission packages for Methodology Review Group approval
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodology development processes to eliminate inefficiencies
• Support ad-hoc quantitative and analytical projects as required
• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and procedures

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in credit analysis, specifically within Structured Finance
• Strong quantitative skills and advanced analytical problem-solving abilities
• Proven proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts and hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance operational efficiency
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a focus on logical, well-structured writing
• Ability to resolve complex analytical viewpoints and work collaboratively across diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in economics, finance, business, or another quantitative field
• CFA designation
• Experience authoring credit rating methodologies and familiarity with legal documentation
