VP, Creative Director (Art)

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic and creative vision for multiple healthcare brands and therapeutic areas
• Oversee creative strategy and execution to ensure alignment with client goals and brand objectives
• Collaborate with account and planning teams to define and refine creative briefs
• Serve as the lead creative contact for clients, building strong relationships through strategic solutions
• Mentor and develop multidisciplinary creative talent, fostering a culture of innovation
• Ensure all creative work adheres to medical, regulatory, and legal (MRL) guidelines
• Lead new business pitches and identify opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts
• Champion accessibility and inclusivity best practices across all creative outputs

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in creative roles
• 3+ years of experience in a senior leadership position
• Proven experience leading creative initiatives for healthcare and pharmaceutical brands
• Strong background in art direction with a comprehensive understanding of copy disciplines
• Exceptional strategic thinking and storytelling abilities
• Experience managing product launches and cross-channel campaigns

• Ability to integrate creative solutions with complex business objectives
