About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic and creative vision for multiple pharmaceutical brands and therapeutic areas
- Oversee creative strategy and execution to ensure alignment with client goals and brand objectives
- Collaborate with account and planning teams to define and refine creative briefs
- Serve as the lead creative contact for clients, building strong relationships through strategic solutions
- Mentor and develop multidisciplinary creative talent, fostering a culture of innovation
- Ensure all creative work adheres to medical, regulatory, and legal (MRL) guidelines
- Lead new business pitches and identify opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts
- Champion accessibility and inclusivity best practices across all creative outputs
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in creative roles
- 3+ years of experience in a senior leadership position
- Proven experience leading creative initiatives for healthcare and pharmaceutical brands
- A highly conceptual portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling abilities
- Experience working within a pharma agency environment
- Expertise in integrating creative solutions with broader business objectives
