VP, Corporate Transformation Advisory Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy a Lean deployment roadmap that aligns with desired organizational outcomes and maturity stages.
• Influence current and future state processes, including standard work implementation and value impact.
• Establish feedback loops and ensure strict adherence to established Lean standards.
• Build strong partnerships with business units to integrate continuous improvement into their specific organizational priorities.
• Serve as a Lean Coach and Practitioner to embed continuous improvement behaviors and capabilities across the company.
• Accountable for the realization of key benefits and outcomes defined by business units and value streams.
• Conduct performance health checks to maintain expected standards of the Lean Management system.
• Coach and mentor Lean Coaches on practices, tactics, and the evolution of the Lean playbook.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Lean management leader or 5+ years as a Transformation Executive.
• Proven track record of successfully leading transformational change and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of operational management practices, problem-solving approaches, and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret data, measure performance, and provide strategic analytical insights.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to recruit, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Ability to act as a change agent and influence matrix organizations and diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or Master's in a related field (relevant work experience may substitute for education).

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Lean or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience implementing continuous improvement principles within service-oriented environments.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry.
