VP, Consulting, Central and Eastern Europe

Responsibilities

• Lead the consulting business across Central and Eastern Europe, overseeing $120M in revenue and a team of 230+ professionals across 20+ countries
• Define and execute business strategy aligned with regional and global priorities to drive scale, efficiency, and growth
• Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key senior stakeholders in the life sciences industry
• Directly lead major strategic deals and complex commercial negotiations
• Own talent strategy, including leadership capability building, succession planning, and fostering a high-performance culture
• Drive cross-regional synergies and represent consulting interests in enterprise-level decision-making

Requirements

• Extensive senior leadership experience in management consulting specifically serving the life sciences industry
• Proven track record of large-scale business leadership at a multi-country or regional level
• Deep domain expertise in commercialization strategies within the life sciences sector
• Demonstrated success in business development and selling complex, strategic engagements to pharmaceutical companies
• Experience leading large, multi-country consulting teams and managing senior principals
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
• Willingness and ability to travel to visit clients and teams as required
