VP, Commercial

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement annual commercial strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Identify, negotiate, and activate high-impact commercial partnerships across video, digital, outdoor, audio, and local media
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of commercial opportunities to support regional growth and financial targets
• Monitor market trends to uncover strategic revenue opportunities and develop new proprietary products and solutions
• Mentor and guide Directors and team members to promote professional growth and ensure high performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency personnel and industry partners
• Articulate commercial strategies and value propositions through compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the media industry (sales or agency)
• Proven track record in partnership development and revenue generation
• Strong negotiation skills with experience managing multi-million-dollar deals and complex partnerships
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution
• Proficiency in data analysis and financial management to drive decision-making
