VP, Client Services

Responsibilities

• Own overall revenue growth, retention, and long-term strategic direction for the pod
• Drive revenue expansion through pipeline development and cross-functional partnerships
• Lead pod-level planning across forecasting, resourcing, and investment decisions
• Set and champion a high-performance client services culture
• Own P&L accountability, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior clients
• Act as the primary point of escalation for client issues
• Lead the full scoping process and proposal development for existing clients
• Drive innovation through strategic roadmap development and AI-first workflows
• Coach, mentor, and develop Directors and Account Directors
• Lead teams to define meaningful KPIs and deliver high-quality reporting

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in client services or account management
• Experience within a media, digital, or social/influencer agency environment
• Proven success in building and expanding relationships with key clients
• Experience managing key account metrics including revenue growth and profitability
• Experience working in dynamic, high-growth agency teams
• Strong people leadership experience managing high-performing accounts teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment using agile methodology
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
