VP, Client Services

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior, trusted advisor to key global and regional clients, building long-term strategic partnerships.
• Own and lead a portfolio of flagship accounts with accountability for satisfaction, retention, and organic growth.
• Drive revenue expansion through the upsell and cross-sell of integrated services.
• Lead cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams including Strategy, Creative, Media, Digital, and Data.
• Oversee account profitability, forecasting, billing, and commercial governance.
• Mentor and inspire senior Client Services leaders and develop strong performance cultures.
• Coordinate multinational account teams across different regions and markets to ensure operational alignment.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of agency, pharmaceutical, or healthcare experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, or Communications.
• Proven experience managing P&L targets and driving business expansion.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Deep expertise in integrated and digital marketing and communications.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for executive-level stakeholder management.
