Responsibilities

• Own senior-level client and agency partner relationships beyond day-to-day operations
• Drive client retention through executive-level relationship management
• Identify additional business opportunities with existing clients
• Manage financial health, targets, and objectives for assigned accounts
• Lead coordination of integrated marketing plans with internal and external partners
• Provide thought leadership within the industry and the agency
• Model inclusive behaviors and proactively manage bias

Requirements

• 12 to 15 years of agency, consultative, pharmaceutical, or healthcare experience
• Proven track record of meeting P&L targets through business expansion
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams and mentoring talent
• Strong background in integrated and digital marketing and communications
• Ability to negotiate and execute professional agreements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, or Communications
• Willingness to travel as required
