VP, Client Services

Responsibilities

• Own senior-level client and agency partner relationships to drive retention and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage account financial health, including P&L targets and meeting client objectives.
• Lead the coordination and development of integrated marketing plans with internal teams and external partners.
• Assess and manage risks associated with clients and agency partners.
• Act as a thought leader in digital marketing and communications within the industry.
• Determine staffing needs for account teams and lead cross-functional project teams.
• Model inclusive behaviors and proactively manage bias within the organization.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of experience in an agency, consultative, pharmaceutical, or healthcare environment.
• Proven experience managing P&L targets through existing business and expansion opportunities.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, or Communications.
• Demonstrated expertise in integrated and digital marketing.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
