VP Channels & Partners

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute North America channel and partner strategy to accelerate revenue growth
• Build, manage, and scale an ecosystem of VARs, MSSPs, distributors, and technology partners
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline across the region
• Recruit, onboard, and enable new channel partners while strengthening existing relationships
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams
• Lead executive-level relationships with key partners
• Develop partner business plans and joint go-to-market strategies
• Monitor partner performance, pipeline health, and revenue metrics
• Build scalable channel programs and enablement frameworks
• Provide regular forecasting and performance reporting to executive leadership

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, or Alliances leadership
• Experience within Enterprise SaaS or Cybersecurity
• Proven success building and scaling partner ecosystems in North America
• Strong relationships with MSSPs, VARs, and distributors
• Demonstrated track record of driving partner-generated revenue
• Deep understanding of channel strategy and indirect sales models
• Strong executive presence and influence skills
• Excellent forecasting and operational management skills
• Cybersecurity industry experience strongly preferred
