VP Channel

Responsibilities

• Own the channel target for qualified pipeline and closed ARR across North America and Canada
• Expand revenue through VARs, distributors, and strategic referral partners
• Lead by example in driving partner-sourced pipeline and co-selling motions
• Take direct ownership of two key strategic partners while managing a growing channel team
• Recruit, coach, and inspire a high-performing channel organization
• Implement scalable forecasting, territory planning, and operating rhythms
• Align channel execution with broader US commercial priorities and global growth targets
• Act as the internal voice of the partner ecosystem to shape growth initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience scaling channel revenue in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
• Strong track record working with VARs, distributors, and strategic partners
• Experience leading and growing high-performing channel teams
• Strong operational and forecasting discipline with a focus on clear operating rhythms
• Deep understanding of channel economics, partner incentives, and co-selling motions
• Hands-on operator mindset with the ability to both lead and execute
• Background in software security, cybersecurity, or developer tools is strongly preferred
