VP, Cash Management Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee treasury, banking, and cash management operations for a commercial mortgage loan servicing platform
• Manage supervisors and team leads supporting cash-managed loans, banking activity, and related systems
• Serve as primary liaison with external banks on cash activity, account administration, connectivity, and issue resolution
• Ensure borrower cash is controlled, applied, and disbursed according to loan documents and cash management agreements
• Monitor compliance, controls, reporting accuracy, and audit support across cash operations
• Lead process improvement, automation, and system enhancement initiatives

Requirements

• Experience in treasury, banking, or cash management operations
• Leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of financial controls and regulatory compliance
• Experience with banking platforms and reconciliation tools
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex operational issues
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial real estate servicing experience
• Experience with Trintech CheckFree or similar systems
• Background supporting audits and regulatory reviews
