VP, Business Solutions Lead

Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategic Ops leaders to identify improvement opportunities and define short- and long-term technology roadmaps
• Act as the primary bridge between Underwriting and IT by creating business requirements and translating strategic needs into technical solutions
• Drive improvements in customer and employee journeys (CX/EX) by collaborating with Strategic Analytics and UI/UX teams
• Lead large-scale transformation efforts and implement automation strategies in collaboration with IT and Lean Deployment Specialists
• Monitor underwriting operations by tracking performance metrics and SLAs to identify optimization opportunities
• Participate in the development of the Triangulation Center of Excellence (CoE) to support enterprise-wide business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Insurance Operations, Underwriting, Business Planning, or IT
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation efforts and documenting strategic requirements
• Strong communication and influence skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse stakeholder groups
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams)
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and work effectively in cross-functional environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ImageRight, Policy Decisions Evolution, or Policy Writer
• Deep understanding of the operational and technical implications of strategic business plans
