About the Company

SabPaisa (SRS Live Technologies) is an RBI In-Principle Authorised Payment Aggregator. Founded in 2016, it is a rapidly advancing fintech company dedicated to providing simplified, customizable payment solutions including Cards, Net-Banking, UPI, Wallets, and offline options like e-Cash and e-NEFT.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage key partnerships with leading banks associated with SabPaisa
• Sign up new banks under white label or reference business models
• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to acquire and expand business across banks
• Build and nurture strong relationships at senior levels within banking institutions and fintech ecosystems
• Drive incremental growth across bank portfolios through tailored acquisition strategies
• Oversee tracking and management of bank-specific KPIs and sign-up milestones
• Forge strategic collaborations with banks as a fintech partner to create innovative solutions
• Provide leadership for complex integrations at the Head Office level with banks and fintech systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and operational success

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in senior business development or partnership management within banking or fintech
• Proven track record of driving large-scale banking partnerships and business growth
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong familiarity with emerging fintech products and banking technologies
• In-depth knowledge of digital banking and fintech ecosystems
• B.Tech (Engineering) followed by an MBA is preferred
