Responsibilities
- Lead and accelerate the B2B marketing engine and integrated strategy
- Increase lead quality across multiple marketing channels
- Optimize the B2B sales motion, including tech stack, events, and content assets
- Scale a high-performing, full-funnel B2B marketing strategy across offline and online channels
- Drive brand repositioning and go-to-market narratives for business buyers
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Creative teams to amplify product adoption
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance marketing team
Requirements
- Proven experience building and scaling B2B marketing engines
- Strong analytical rigor and experience defining KPIs
- Experience leading and mentoring marketing professionals
- Ability to translate technical product updates into compelling narratives
- Experience repositioning brands or building B2B functions in B2C-native organizations
- Familiarity with modern GTM tooling and scalable infrastructure
- Strategic and execution-focused mindset
