VP, Alliance

Responsibilities

• Manage the global strategic partnership between HP and a key Alliance partner to drive long-range business objectives.
• Lead the development of new ideas and strategies to solve complex business issues.
• Partner with internal teams including Global Business Units, Category, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal.
• Represent HP to external customers, retailers, clients, and industry partners.
• Drive organic revenue growth through new and existing commercial and consumer customers.
• Lead high-impact discussions with HP executives and peer leadership at the Alliance partner company.

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• 15-20 years of relevant work experience with a history of increasing responsibility.
• Minimum of 10 years of management experience.
• Proven experience executing and collaborating on a global scale across multiple regions.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and structure financial models.
• Expertise in business strategy, specifically within the PC industry or technology sectors.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree.
• Deep understanding of HP’s Consumer and Commercial go-to-market motions.
• Experience in end-to-end relationship management and executive-level negotiation.
