Responsibilities

• Modernize engineering workflows by leading the rollout of AI coding assistants and automated testing tools
• Upskill engineering teams through practical guidelines, training, and playbooks
• Build shared AI infrastructure including API gateways and retrieval architectures
• Partner with product leaders to integrate AI capabilities into core products like royalty processing and distribution
• Collaborate with operational teams to automate repetitive, data-heavy manual processes
• Work with Data Engineering and Data Science teams to build and deploy proprietary AI/ML models
• Set standards for model quality, data privacy, and intellectual property compliance
• Drive AI adoption across a decentralized, multi-brand organization through influence

Requirements

• Experience building and deploying practical ML models in a production environment
• Experience rolling out modern developer tooling (e.g., Copilot) across engineering teams
• Proven track record in collaborative change management and technology adoption
• Pragmatic mindset focused on shipping functional software and solving real problems

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in data-heavy environments such as streaming services, fintech, or digital rights
• Experience working within multi-brand or matrixed organizational structures
