Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Client Acquisition Team responsible for cold calling and selling the Ascent platform
  • Serve in a working management capacity by personally engaging in cold calling, prospecting, and closing new client opportunities
  • Leverage, enhance, source, validate, and integrate internal and external data tools to support growth
  • Identify and evaluate prospective clients using qualitative insights and quantitative analysis
  • Develop and maintain robust metrics and reporting related to outreach, conversion, and pipeline health
  • Capture and report market intelligence regarding geographic markets, lending products, and competitive landscape
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Acquisition Team Associates
  • Collaborate with senior executives to ensure alignment with firm-wide growth priorities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven success in a professional sales role with significant cold-calling and outbound prospecting experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing, coaching, and scaling high-performing sales individual contributors
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions
  • Highly effective communicator with strong presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
