Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Client Acquisition Team responsible for cold calling and selling the Ascent platform
- Serve in a working management capacity by personally engaging in cold calling, prospecting, and closing new client opportunities
- Leverage, enhance, source, validate, and integrate internal and external data tools to support growth
- Identify and evaluate prospective clients using qualitative insights and quantitative analysis
- Develop and maintain robust metrics and reporting related to outreach, conversion, and pipeline health
- Capture and report market intelligence regarding geographic markets, lending products, and competitive landscape
- Coach, mentor, and develop Acquisition Team Associates
- Collaborate with senior executives to ensure alignment with firm-wide growth priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven success in a professional sales role with significant cold-calling and outbound prospecting experience
- Demonstrated experience managing, coaching, and scaling high-performing sales individual contributors
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions
- Highly effective communicator with strong presentation and relationship-building skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
