Voter Analyst

Responsibilities

• Utilize voter registration technology to document voting patterns and history
• Compile and maintain extensive spreadsheets with detailed information about voter demographics and trends
• Assist in creating detailed manuals and maps containing micro-and macro-voting trends and recommendations for field operations
• Work in conjunction with the Field Team to compile voter data for the TPA App

Requirements

• 1-2 years in a research or data analysis role
• Proficiency in discerning meaning from patterns and identifying trends in data
• Experience in voter contact technology
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and G-Suite software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work onsite at headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of party politics and political landscapes
• Prior political campaign or data analytics experience
• Certification in data analytics or a degree in a comparable field
• Knowledge of ArcGIS or other mapping platforms
• Experience with SQL or Tableau
