Vorarbeiter Verfahrenstechnik & EMSR

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to the EMSR and process engineering (VT) team, including organization and skill development.
• Ensure the legal operational readiness of all production, storage, and infrastructure plants.
• Act as the primary contact for complex technical issues regarding equipment, systems, and plants.
• Maintain and improve health, safety, environmental, and quality standards (cGMP).
• Organize and execute complex maintenance and repair work, including tasks outside regular working hours.
• Participate in the planning, documentation, and execution of investment and maintenance projects using SAP-supported processes.
• Coordinate and provide technical supervision for external service providers and contractors.
• Drive continuous improvement processes (KVP) and manage materials and work equipment safely.

Requirements

• Completed technical training in mechanics or mechatronics with advanced qualification (e.g., Technician or Master Craftsman).
• Multi-year experience in the maintenance of production plants, ideally within a regulated environment.
• Deep technical knowledge of mechanics, EMSR (Instrumentation and Control), and plant technology.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop team potential.
• Strong awareness of process optimization, cost management, and safety regulations (USGQ).
• Expertise in executing complex maintenance, repair, and project-based measures.
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong communication and independent working skills.
