VOR Agent - Automobile

Responsibilities

• Support the dealership network by expediting service parts orders
• Utilize Stellantis systems including case management, parts catalogs, and inventory management tools
• Upgrade order statuses
• Place requests on behalf of dealers
• Facilitate dealer-to-dealer sales

Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of automotive processes and parts
• PC literacy
• Ability to relate with dealership personnel
• Analytical ability
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of automotive technical background
• Experience in automotive dealership operations or similar
• Experience with vehicle service parts release processes
• High school diploma or GED
