About the role
Responsibilities
- Gather and organize data from various stakeholders through conversations and documentation analysis
- Present collected information in a comprehensible manner for stakeholders
- Engage in calls and meetings with government officials, partners, NGOs, and sponsors
- Write proposals and communicate with key partners
- Support field initiatives and other duties as needed
- Develop social media content and engage with audiences across platforms
- Help organize live sessions or online webinars
- Assist with the design of programme outreach materials
- Cross-train and assist other departments on an ad-hoc basis
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- 12th Pass qualification
- Self-motivated and highly interested in the developmental agenda
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team
