Responsibilities
- Develop a fundraising strategy while setting goals and priorities
- Research and identify donors and key stakeholders
- Plan projects to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Maintain donor databases
- Work with fundraising committee to oversee event planning and campaigns
- Recruit and manage volunteers
- Plan and execute event logistics
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, government officials, and media
- Develop and implement communication plans for fundraising
- Manage fundraising budget
- Evaluate advertising and promotion programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-4 years of non-profit or fundraising experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales experience
- Knowledge of donor contact databases
