Volume Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage product allocations to customers based on agreed final sales plans and supply signals
• Coordinate allocation adjustments driven by specific sales and supply scenarios
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and S&OP teams to address allocation challenges and support order releases
• Maintain and manage master data within volume management systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Assist Demand Planners in collecting, reviewing, and optimizing sales forecasts
• Support alignment between forecasted demand, available supply, and allocation logic
• Communicate allocation updates and volume-related scenarios with relevant stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience or exposure in Supply Chain volume management, allocation, or demand planning
• Experience working with ATP, allocation, or volume management systems
• Ability to collaborate effectively with commercial, customer service, and planning teams
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional setting
