Volleyball Assistant Coach

Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of the volleyball program, including coaching and player development
• Execute recruiting strategies and evaluate prospective student-athletes
• Perform administrative tasks and public relations duties as assigned by the Head Coach
• Ensure all program activities comply with NAIA, Conference, and University rules and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous collegiate-level coaching or playing experience
• Thorough knowledge of NAIA rules, higher education, and intercollegiate athletics
• Proven recruiting experience and knowledge
• Excellent communication, organization, computer, and social media skills
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and departmental recruiting test
