Volatility Trader

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue by finding and capitalizing on short term mispricing
• Manage larger positions and drive strategies forward
• Work closely with research and quant teams to analyze results and improve approaches
• Assist in building global options trading with a focus on positional market making and relative value strategies

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Trader at a prop trading firm or market maker managing a book
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and fast decision-making ability
• Healthy risk appetite

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience of options position trading in Indian markets
• Experience in computer programming (Python, C/C++, Java, Matlab, SQL)
