Voicework Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for a team of 14–16 members to drive KPIs and achieve company goals
• Manage team performance by implementing action plans and conducting regular performance reviews
• Provide coaching and guidance through call reviews, expectation setting, and one-on-one feedback sessions
• Monitor key metrics including attendance, adherence, productivity, and quality
• Direct workflow and daily operations while managing demand, capacity, and workload distribution
• Identify training opportunities related to processes, business rules, and customer service best practices
• Promote an inclusive and highly motivated work environment through recognition and accountability

Requirements

• 1+ year of leadership, Team Lead, Supervisor, or people-management experience
• Proven ability to develop, motivate, and coach employees
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing multiple metrics, reports, and performance standards
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
• Comfortable delivering feedback and holding employees accountable to performance expectations
