About the role
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement speech and language therapy treatment programs for patients with voice disorders
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide individualized therapy sessions
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate and support patients and their families regarding the therapeutic process
Requirements
- Degree in Speech and Language Therapy
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Experience with vocal caseload
- Knowledge of clinical voice disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
