Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical support calls for UK and US shifts
- Manage call closures and process payments through various gateways
- Provide technical assistance to consumers and small businesses
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech Process roles
- Ability to join immediately
- Proficiency in handling payment gateways during call closures
