About the Company

At Yrkesgymnasiet, students learn a profession from the ground up—directly at real workplaces. More than half of the training time takes place as workplace-based learning (APL), providing students with practical experience and a head start in the labor market. We offer international internships and exchanges through Erasmus+ to develop language skills and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor students in sales and service
• Act as a bridge between the school, students, and the business community
• Prepare students for their future professional lives through pedagogical guidance
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure a meaningful learning environment

Requirements

• Teaching degree in sales and service
• Teaching certification (Lärarlegitimation)
• Pedagogical experience
• Valid B-class driver's license (access to own car preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

• At least five years of professional experience in sales and service
