About the Company

At Yrkesgymnasiet, students learn a trade from the ground up—directly at real workplaces. More than half of the training time takes place as workplace-based learning (APL), providing students with practical experience and a head start in the labor market. We also offer internships and exchanges abroad through Erasmus+.

Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor students in construction and civil engineering
• Act as a bridge between the school, students, and the business sector
• Prepare students for their future professional lives through practical guidance
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to create a meaningful learning environment

Requirements

• Certified teacher in construction and civil engineering OR at least five years of professional experience in the construction industry
• Strong drive to teach and mentor students
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid B-class driver's license (access to a personal car is preferred)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Teaching degree or extensive industry experience
• Pedagogical experience is preferred but not required
• Must be able to provide a clean criminal record (belastningsregister) as per the Swedish Education Act
