About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain accurate client tracking, including timekeeping, retention milestones, and assessments
- Ensure client case management files are properly assembled and maintained
- Ensure clients receive quality job placement preparation, training, and educational referrals
- Track and report productivity and implement improvement plans
- Oversee staff responsible for assessments, retention, and training to support Individual Vocational Assessment Plan (IVAP) goals
- Act as a liaison with onsite partners and WeCARE units regarding client services
- Create and implement department-specific trainings on industry standards
- Motivate and train staff to provide exceptional service and meet program goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in social services, psychology, vocational rehabilitation, or occupational rehabilitation
- Four years of direct customer service experience providing case management in a clinical or social service environment
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven team environment
- Exceptional customer service and engagement skills
- Experience with publicly-funded programs (TANF experience preferred)
- Knowledge of laws and regulatory requirements related to program responsibilities
