Vocational Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage accurate client tracking information and case management files
• Supervise staff providing assessment, case management, and training related to Individual Vocational Assessment Plan (IVAP) goals
• Ensure clients receive quality job placement preparation, training, and educational referrals
• Track and report productivity while developing and implementing improvement plans
• Manage a network of community partners to connect clients with employment support services
• Create and implement department-specific trainings to maintain industry standards and best practices
• Act as a liaison with onsite partners and other WeCARE units regarding client services
• Motivate and train staff to provide exceptional service and meet program goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in social services, psychology, vocational rehabilitation, or a related field
• 4 years of direct case management experience in a clinical or social service environment
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• Experience working with publicly-funded programs (TANF experience preferred)
• Knowledge of laws and regulatory requirements related to program responsibilities
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motivational interviewing and care management techniques
• Experience assessing needs and making reasonable accommodations for customers
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven team environment
