Responsibilities

• Analyze medical records, functional capacity evaluations, educational and employment histories, and wage data
• Evaluate individual employability, transferable skills, earning capacity, and return-to-work potential
• Conduct labor market surveys and assess job availability and wage trends
• Prepare clear, objective, and well-supported expert reports detailing vocational findings
• Provide credible deposition and/or trial testimony regarding vocational rehabilitation issues

Requirements

• Extensive experience in vocational rehabilitation counseling, evaluation, or disability management
• Prior experience providing sworn testimony in depositions, hearings, or trial settings
• Strong understanding of vocational assessment methodologies and labor market research
• Exceptional writing skills and ability to meet strict legal deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC)
• Certified Vocational Evaluator (CVE)
• ABVE/F certification
