Vocational Educator/Nursing Educator

Responsibilities

• Co-design school processes in collaboration with the school team and management
• Plan, organize, conduct, and evaluate creative theoretical and practical lessons
• Prepare, conduct, and follow up on learning objective controls and exams
• Conduct practical training sessions and excursions
• Participate in working groups for quality assurance and school development
• Support apprentice marketing, recruitment, and public relations as requested
• Ensure close integration between theoretical and practical training

Requirements

• State-recognized qualification in a nursing profession (e.g., healthcare and nursing, pediatric nursing, or geriatric nursing)
• Completed pedagogical degree (B.A.) in nursing pedagogy, vocational pedagogy, or nursing science
• Willingness to pursue a Master's degree (financing may be provided)
• Desirable: initial pedagogical professional experience or teaching experience in a state-recognized nursing school
• Passion for training young people in nursing professions
• Interest in modern, practice-oriented, and digitally supported nursing pedagogy
