VMS Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Operate production and packaging equipment within the Sharps Department to meet quality, efficiency, and safety goals
• Perform quality checks and maintain accurate production, downtime, and quality records
• Ensure products are accurately packed and labeled according to specific requirements
• Utilize SAP to manage Batch Numbers and ensure accurate product information on cartons
• Advise technical personnel regarding any equipment malfunctions
• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Observe all safety, environmental, and Quality Systems Requirements (QSR)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to operate production equipment with precision and high attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic knowledge of safety and environmental procedures
• Ability to work any assigned shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience with quality inspection processes
