VMM Software Sales

Responsibilities

• Lead sales for VMM independent software products to top-tier automotive customers, managing the process from technical exchange to contract signing
• Design flexible software license commercial terms, including per-unit, annual subscription, or feature-based models
• Drive Proof of Concept (POC) projects to demonstrate the value of Bosch VMM software compared to in-house OEM solutions
• Communicate technical value regarding cross-domain coordination (braking, steering, suspension, drive) to OEM decision-makers
• Collaborate with R&D to provide customer feedback on architecture evolution and product roadmaps
• Partner with Product Planning to create white papers, technical comparisons, and TCO models
• Manage strategic relationships with leading OEMs to act as an external consultant for software-defined vehicle architectures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related fields
• 3-8 years of experience in automotive sales, business development, or product management
• Experience with chassis, braking, or vehicle dynamics control systems is preferred
• Proven track record of selling embedded software, development toolchains, or technical solutions to OEMs
• Understanding of software licensing models such as OTP or royalties
• Fluency in both Chinese and English with strong communication skills for high-level management
