Visualization Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive dashboards for manufacturing operations, automation, and robotic systems to translate complex datasets into real-time visual insights.
• Build and maintain microservices to support visualization and system integration.
• Develop real-time applications for monitoring, alerting, and control.
• Establish visualization, API, and UI/UX standards and scalability for the Smart Tech CoE.
• Develop command and control interfaces for autonomous and humanoid robots to enable safe execution of commands and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Regulatory, ISO13485, cGMP/GDP, HSE, and Alcon Corporate policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in visualization development, full stack development, or real-time application development.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade dashboards and APIs.
• Ability to translate user needs into intuitive digital interfaces.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in automation, robotics, industrial IoT, or manufacturing digitalization.
