Visual Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate CCD-based vision systems for quality control, including inspection of battery cell components
• Develop algorithms and software to process and analyze images for real-time defect detection
• Collaborate with robotics and automation teams to align vision systems with robotic workflows
• Calibrate and maintain CCD equipment to ensure consistent performance in high-volume manufacturing
• Troubleshoot vision system issues and implement improvements to enhance accuracy and reliability
• Ensure vision systems meet safety and industry standards for battery manufacturing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Optics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience working with CCD technology or vision systems
• Proficiency in image processing software and programming languages such as OpenCV, Python, or C++
• Experience with integrating vision systems into automated production lines
• Strong understanding of optics, lighting, and sensor technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of battery manufacturing or precision assembly processes
