Visual Sales Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive store environment and deliver a best-in-class customer experience
• Actively sell and style products while offering fit advice
• Introduce customers to Everlane’s mission, values, and ethical practices
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain store cleanliness, presentation, and organization
• Process, organize, and restock inventory throughout shifts
• Work across multiple zones and communicate effectively with the team

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail, sales, or the service industry
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for helping others
• Ability to multitask and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and comfort receiving feedback
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays with at least 12 hours of availability
• Capability to lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds
• Must be 16 years of age or older
