Visual Presentation Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead product presentation planning for all seasonal floor sets and account for variances across store prototypes
• Collaborate on new stores and renovations to ensure consistent department expansion/contraction
• Determine signage needs and brief Signage and Brand Creative teams on requests
• Oversee the creation of floorset documents for in-store execution
• Create visual floorset strategies and collaborate with cross-functional partners on execution details
• Identify fixtures, accessories, props, and creative materials for displays
• Update visual standards and create training tools for stores to operationalize presentations
• Lead seasonal mapping strategy and assess store navigation
• Support stores with floorset execution and provide training and coaching to store teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of Visual Merchandising management experience
• Portfolio showcasing experience in window concepts and visual presentations for fashion retailers
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office
• Bilingual English and French verbal communication
• Ability to travel across Canada and to Columbus, Ohio (10-20% travel)
• Proven team management and leadership skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
